According to the 2024 World Index of Healthcare Innovation (WIHI), Switzerland leads global healthcare innovation with an overall score of 66.19, excelling in quality and fiscal sustainability. Ireland and Germany follow closely, ranking second and third, respectively. The United States, despite having a robust healthcare system, ranks seventh due to relatively lower fiscal sustainability. Notably, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) ranks 26th, performing well in fiscal sustainability but with room for improvement in healthcare quality and innovation.
