As the year came to a close, the Niche team took some well‑deserved time out to celebrate everything we’ve achieved together. It was a chance to step away from our desks, reflect on a successful year, and most importantly, enjoy each other’s company outside of the office.

Kicking Off at Victoria Gate Casino

We started the evening at Victoria Gate Casino, where the team enjoyed a selection of nibbles and drinks. It was the perfect setting to unwind, share a few laughs, and ease into the night after a busy year. Conversations flowed easily as we caught up away from the day‑to‑day work routine.

Dinner, Drinks & Plenty of Laughter at Bar & Grill

From there, we made our way over to Bar & Grill for the main event of the evening. Good food, great service, and even better company made for a memorable night.

To give a little insight into the team (and their food choices!), here’s what everyone ordered:

• Krishan, Rick & Tyler opted for classic steaks, cooked to perfection

• Sarah chose the chicken skewers, a lighter but equally tasty option

• Steve went for the pork chops

• Jonny selected the seabass

Of course, no celebration would be complete without dessert, drinks, and lots of laughter around the table as we shared stories and reflected on the year.

More Than Just a Meal

Evenings like this remind us how important team culture is at Niche. While we work hard throughout the year, taking time to connect, celebrate wins, and enjoy moments together is just as important. It’s these shared experiences that strengthen our team and help us continue delivering our best work.
