Lenovo & HP 2021 Product Launches

Despite the limitations on manufacture and production ensuing the Covid-19 pandemic, technology has not once slowed down in 2021. If anything, the tech industry is thriving now more than ever. Lenovo and HP are two of the biggest contenders within the tech industry, operating in both personal and corporate industries, and both which we work closely with at Niche, this article summarises each of their most notable product launches since CES 2021.

Back at CES in 2020, Lenovo broke the boundaries of computer technology by unveiling one of the worlds first 5G PC’s, the Yoga™ 5G. For 2021 however, instead of focusing on new breakthrough technologies, the focus shifted to concentrate on improving existing technologies which can improve the way consumers live, work and study.

Here are some of the top releases from Lenovo at CES 2021:

Alexa Show Mode

The Alexa Show Mode feature allows you to turn your laptops into smart displays, a new, hands-free way to interact with Alexa in Full screen mode. Lenovo’s versatile and portable ThinkReality A3 enterprise smart glasses use augmented reality to build a customized, extensive personal workspace anywhere. Create a set of secure virtual monitors, view an immersive 3D schematic, follow a guided workflow, and more. Compatible with the Thinkpad P series workstations- the fastest and most powerful laptops in the ThinkPad portfolio. Alternatively, these AR immersive solutions are compatible with the Motorola Moto g100, offering B2B customers the opportunity to advance their manufacturing, logistics and more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lenovo Legion 7

With such a huge spike in the gaming industry since the Coronavirus pandemic, the powerful Lenovo Legion 7 offers everything you need for a more immersive gaming experience. With a high resolution FHD 1920 x 1080 16” display, Dolby® Atmos Speaker System for enhanced cinema style sound and the processing power to support it all, it doesn’t get more immersive than this.

HP Envy 14

Releasing the HP Envy 14 back in January, which they introduced as a ‘mobile personal creative studio’. The HP Envy laptop combines the power of 11th Gen Intel® Core™ processor with a compact design, advanced thermal features and AI noise removal makes for the perfect on-the-go work device.

HP Elite Folio

Hp then broke the boundaries with their innovative new business device- the HP Elite Folio. Featuring the ‘pull-forward’ mode in which the screen pulls forward to and can magnetically lock into position closer to your view. As well as featuring a magnesium chassis, an impressive 24.5 hours of battery life, and the option for 5G integration, the HP Elite Folio is set to transform the way we do business.

As well as numerous new laptops announced at CES, HP also launched their wireless earbuds. Rated for both passive and active noise cancellation (PNC and ANC) and offering remote workers the option of remaining professional during working from home circumstances. These wireless earbuds boast 1.5 hours of use when charged for only 15 minutes and 9.2mm neodymium drivers which support a frequency range of 20 to 18,000 hertz (Hz) as well as increased sensitivity levels.
