From the roll out of the Covid 19 vaccinations, the roadmap for lifting lockdown restrictions being set out, the closing of huge retailers like Debenhams and Topshop, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex leaving the royal family, to the unfortunate passing of Prince Phillip just two days ago. 2021 has been a hectic year for everyone, both in the workplace and out.
Like the rest of the UK, the Niche Office Solutions Ltd workplace has been alive and buzzing for the first quarter of 2021. With continued growth and support from our existing customer base and expansion of our business being the centre of our success.
From the new accounts we have acquired, such as East Cheshire NHS Trust who came to us In March for various IT equipment- laptops, desks, and webcams, Mid Cheshire NHS Foundation Trust for various occupational therapy products such as games and radios, Cambridge University Hospitals for white goods, Powys Health Board for Microsoft Surface Laptops, and hardware support. Finally, we have supported the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board with employee wellbeing products like 382 crème eggs and 420 bespoke designed power banks to support their workforce.
Although obtaining new accounts are a definite win for our business, we also strive to improve the relationships we have with our existing customers. Being able to provide insight and valuable knowledge about products and their respective industry is at the fore front of developing these relationships. Niche Office Solutions Ltd has an excellent reputation with our clients as a highly reliable and helpful business, able to offer our knowledge and experience at every stage of communication and the ordering process.
Over the past few months, we have seen a huge influx of queries around new and existing products and brands, such as various Phillips Healthcare lines reaching end of life and enquiries about infrequent items like milk warmers. We have also massively supported the development of the vaccination centres back in January, after several enquiries for vaccination related products, we reached out to our customer base offering our support in the advancements of these centres. IT equipment has also been a steady topic for us, where stock has been scarce since the start of the pandemic and increasing numbers of people working from home.
Every time, Niche Office Solutions Ltd has been able to offer solutions to our customers, sourced items which may have been difficult to locate, and helped assist our customers in planning for the months ahead.
Our brand is increasing our reach online too! Niche Office Solutions Ltd has recently ventured back onto Amazon, where we currently focus on mainly IT and telecoms products, however with new opportunities arising daily, we can expect to see excellent growth on this platform.
As we speed into the second quarter of 2021, our business continues to look for opportunities to evolve, improve and expand. We are looking forward to nurturing the relationships with our customers and suppliers, welcoming organisations back into the workplace, and supporting the transition of the world as we return to normality.
